FAQ's
1) Is there a food and beverage package? No. These are all individually owned units. There is a small restaurant next to the pool that serves food and drinks for a reasonable price. There is a gas BBQ on the patio for your use as well.

2) How far away is the grocery store? Sam's club and Super Walmart are about 10 minutes by taxi . There is also a nice supermarket called Chedraui also 10 min away just across the street from Walmart and down slightly. Costco & La Comer, another great food market are about a 15 minute taxi ride. Locals will help get you a taxi and load your groceries for a small tip (20-40 peso )

3) Is there a cleaning service? If you stay a week or longer, the maid will come once a week usually on Monday. Otherwise, there is a washer and dryer with needed supplies.

4) How is the Beach? The sand is very nice. It is great to relax and play beach games like Volleyball . It is not a surfing or body boarding beach. Waves break close to shore. There are chairs and shade covers available that are first come, first serve. Turtles are frequently on the beach from November to April. Please do not disturb them. Fresh water American Crocodiles are native to the area and generally remain in their own habitat. On very rare occasions, during the raining season, heavy storms can wash them into the bay. There are signs around property advising guests just to be aware.

5) Is it noisy with the airport so close? Depends. During the day, you will hear the planes taking off (not landing) from the pool and beach area, not from inside villa. It has not been frequent enough to be a problem for us.

6) What is there to do? Whale watching & fishing charters, and other adventurous excursions, can be booked at the marina (10 minute walk). Whales can also be seen from the patio as well. Bring binoculars for a better view. We recommend checking Trip Advisor or Yelp for available activities.

7) Is the price negotiable? No. Our listing price is already a great deal!
